Pork chops marinated in Italian dressing and topped with prosciutto and fontina cheese. O-M-Good! Pork on pork and topped with cheese. I mean, how can these be bad?!?!? They were honestly better than any restaurant!
We marinated the pork chops in Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce for a couple of hours and then tossed them on the grill. Once the pork chops were almost to 145ºF, we threw the prosciutto and fontina cheese on top. When the pork chops reached an internal temp of 145ºF, we pulled them off the grill and dug in! OMG! Y’all, these pork chops are CRAZY good!!! SO much amazing flavor. I can’t wait to have a dinner party and make these grilled pork chops for everyone.
Pork is safe to eat when it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF. It can have a blush of pink and still be perfectly safe to eat. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature before taking the pork off the grill.
Not only are these pork chops delicious, but they are also naturally gluten-free & low-carb/keto-friendly! We served these pork chops with a salad and some rolls. Here are a few of our favorite recipes that go great with these yummy pork chops:
