Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls recipe – these are the easiest homemade cinnamon rolls I’ve ever made. They are so tender and flaky and ready in about 30 minutes. The best part about this recipe is there is NO YEAST and no kneading and no rising! Puff pastry, egg, brown sugar, cinnamon, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Great for breakfast, brunch, and dessert. Can make in advance and freeze for later.

How to Make Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls
This sweet treat is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Thaw a package of puff pastry. Unfold a sheet of puff pastry dough and roll it into an 11×9 inch rectangle. In a small bowl, whisk an egg to break it up. Brush a thin layer of egg on top of the puff pastry. Sprinkle brown sugar and ground cinnamon over the puff pastry.
Starting at a long side, tightly roll up the puff pastry. Use your fingers to tightly press and seal the seam. Using a sharp knife, slice crosswise into 8 pieces. Place cut-side up on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Repeat process with remaining puff pastry sheet. Brush cinnamon rolls with the egg wash and bake in the oven until golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy.

These were yummy and pretty easy to do but they do not rise very much and so are quite small. The grandsons gobbled them up but wished there were more.
You can always double the recipe.
