These Pumpkin Spice Sticky Buns are not to be missed! They only take about 5 minutes to prepare and they taste incredible. Prep the sticky buns before you go to bed and you will have a fabulous breakfast when you wake up.
How To Make Overnight Sticky Buns with Frozen Rolls
These stick buns are a snap to make. Start with lining a 9×13-inch baking dish with some chopped pecans and toffee bits. Next, top the pecans with some frozen bread dough rolls. Combine pudding mix and pumpkin spice seasoning. Sprinkle that mixture over the frozen rolls. Finally, combine some brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over the rolls. Cover the rolls and let them rise overnight. Pop them in the oven when you wake up!
- I used Rhodes frozen roll dough.
- Make sure to use a box of Cook & Serve pudding mix. Do NOT use instant pudding.
- You are just going to use the mix, do NOT make the pudding!

Dumb question but just making sure. You just sprinkle the pudding powder? You don’t make the pudding, right?
Oh these are SO our Thanksgiving morning breakfast treat this year! Thanks for sharing so many great recipes. I pin your stuff all the time. LOL They may start to think that your site is the only site that HAS recipes with all us pinners!
Pinned also and had an instant repin!!
One more question…is the pudding a large or small box?
Dianne – thanks for the pin!
YUM! Pinned!
Yet again I have pinned a Plain Chicken recipe on Pinterest. People must think this is the only site I go to, but it really isn't!! I think PC just has more recipes I like!!
I always make sticky buns for Christmas morning…I think these look MUCH easier than the ones I've done. Thanks!
Wow, look sooooooo good!
Angee – I just let them rise on the counter overnight. You can't mess these up – hope you enjoy them!
Stephanie, Do you allow these to rise in the oven? Or on the counter? Probably a silly question, but I am terrible with breads and these look delish!
