Ingredients:

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup prepared Ranch dressing
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 6 boneless pork chops

Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper, and sugar.
  • Place pork chops in a resealable ziplock bag. Pour marinade over pork chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours up to overnight.
  • Remove pork chops from marinade and grill until the internal temperature is 145ºF.

Notes:

Omit sugar for low-carb/keto-friendly recipe.
