Pin This RecipeWhat do you get when you combine banana bread, brownies, and salted caramel chips? Perfection! These Salted Caramel Banana Bread Brownies are all of my favorites in one pan. We like to top the brownies with extra banana slices, vanilla ice cream, and caramel sauce – OMG! YUM!
These brownies are SO easy to make. They only take a few minutes longer than mixing up a box of brownie mix. Just melt the chocolate and butter. Mix up your banana bread batter and swirl it all together. I threw some salted caramel chips into the batter. So good! You could even add some pecans, walnuts, or chocolate chips. Get creative!!
I used Hershey’s salted caramel baking chips. If you can’t find the Hershey’s chips, look for Ghirardelli caramel baking chips. They will both be located with the chocolate chips. Either will work just fine!
We really enjoyed these brownies. They were the perfect after-dinner treat! The brownies will keep for several days in the refrigerator. These are great for potlucks, dinner parties and tailgating this fall. They would even make a great homemade holiday gift!!
