I’ve made this recipe several times over the past month, and I just can’t get enough of them. They are great for breakfast, brunch, and parties. How to Make Sausage & Ranch Biscuit Bites
These stuffed biscuits are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, cook pork sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside.
Remove refrigerated biscuits from the can. Separate each biscuit into two rounds. You will have a total of 40 total biscuit layers. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Press the biscuit dough into the muffin cups. Spoon sausage mixture into dough cups. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Garnish baked bites with parsley,

Ingredients:
- 1 -lb pork breakfast sausage
- 1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 (6-oz) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (20 total biscuits)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray, set aside.
- Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, stir together cooked sausage, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Remove biscuits from cans and split each biscuit into to two. Place each biscuit round into muffin tin. Scoop sausage mixture into biscuit cups.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.

Do you think these can be made ahead of time and reheated? That would be much more convenient since I only have one mini muffin pan.
