How to Make Sausage and Cheese Wonton Quiches
This recipe is super easy to make with only a few ingredients. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick spray. Place wonton wrappers in the muffin pan. Spray the top of the wonton wrapper with cooking spray and bake in a preheated oven until lightly brown.
In a large skillet, cook breakfast sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink and crumbled. Drain excess grease. Spoon cooked sausage in the bottom of the wonton wrappers. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, dijon mustard, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Spoon egg mixture over sausage and cheese.
Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with parsley.
