Savory Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe – red potatoes tossed in oil, rosemary, Worcestershire, garlic, paprika and baked. Seriously delicious. Great with chicken, beef and pork. We like them with a juicy burger instead of fries. We make these potatoes at least once a week!

Ingredients:

  • 12 small new potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary (2 tsp dried)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil lined 15×10-inch pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes.

  1. Super easy side dish. Highly recommend using fresh rosemary if you can. This smells amazing while cooking and it tastes great too! I only changed one thing.
