Stop what you are doing and add these potatoes to your dinner tonight! They are SOOOO good! They are also super easy! These red potatoes are baked in a mixture of rosemary, Worcestershire, garlic, and paprika. All of my favorite herbs and spice! These potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
How to Make Oven-Roasted Potatoes
This side dish is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. Clean potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, toss together potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, fresh garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the sheet pan. Roast potatoes in the oven until they fork tender and have a crispy exterior. Sprinkle potatoes with fresh parsley.
Helpful Tips & Frequently Asked Questions
- I use small red potatoes. You can substitute russet potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes.
- Feel free to mix up the flavorings in these potatoes. Oregano, basil, onion powder, and parmesan cheese are all delicious options.
- Can substitute ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder for fresh minced garlic.
- Can I make Roasted Potatoes in the air fryer? Sure! To convert a traditional oven-cooked recipe to an air-fryer reduce the suggested temperature by 25°F and then cut the cooking time by 20%. Just use the pause button on your machine to occasionally check the doneness and flip with a spatula for balanced crispness on all sides.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Husband loved these potatoes, so easy.
OMG THESE ARE AMAZING!
Super easy side dish. Highly recommend using fresh rosemary if you can. This smells amazing while cooking and it tastes great too! I only changed one thing. I pressed the garlic instead of mincing it. It was just wonderful! I will be making this often. I love how easy it is to toss together and it comes out tasting fabulous! Thank you Stephanie!!!

Hard to beat a simple red potato dish.
This sounds good and I can't resist potatoes. We've just dried some fresh rosemary from our garden that would be perfect for this.
