How to Make Sloppy Joe Cowboy Beans

These Cowboy Beans are super easy to make. Start with browning some ground beef. Next, stir in sloppy joe seasoning, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, bacon, and some canned pork & beans. Let that simmer on the stove and serve.

I used a packet of McCormick Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix and cans of Van Camp’s Pork & Beans in Tomato Sauce. Make sure to grab the plain pork & beans and not baked beans for this recipe.

  1. These were a big hit with my family! Tasted even better over the next two days. My husband bought the wrong beans to use though. They were the molasses flavored ones so I used them anyway. Still delicious! Made hot dogs and cornbread to go with it. Yum!
