Ingredients:

  • 4 large sweet potatoes peel and cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple peel and chopped
  • 1 (14-oz) can chicken broth
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup chopped toasted pecans

Instructions:
