We are obsessed with this Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup! We’ve made it several times over the past few weeks. We just can’t get enough of it. It is SO good and super easy to make. Just dump everything in the crock-pot and it is ready in 6-8 hours. Easy peasy!
How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
This soup is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. Place boneless skinless chicken breasts in a 6-qt slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and water. Stir in a box of long grain and wild rice and canned carrots. Pour the rice mixture over the chicken in the crockpot. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir.

- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2½ cups water
