This might be the easiest meal I’ve ever made.  It is literally two ingredients – pork shoulder and a can of Coke.  I put the pork in the crockpot on my way out of the house and when I got home from work it was ready.  It literally just fell apart.  It was so good.

Since I had some Coke on hand, I made a BBQ sauce with the extra Coke.  You can toss the pork with BBQ sauce if you like, but we prefer not to drown our pork in sauce.  We just added some BBQ sauce on top of the pork and dinner was served!  This recipe is perfect for Labor Day and tailgating this weekend.  You can make it on Friday and just reheat the pork when you are ready.
