How to Make Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Pork Loin

This pork is SUPER easy to make. Start with trimming your boneless pork loin. You just want to cut off any large pieces of fat. Place the loin in the slow cooker. In a bowl, stir together Parmesan cheese, honey, soy sauce, oregano, basil, olive oil, minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pork and cook until tender. Shred the pork and place it back in the slow cooker. Let the pork simmer in all that yummy sauce a few minutes before serving.

  1. There is GF Soy. My friend is Lactose intolerant, Gluten and Nightshade. It becomes challenging. An I always use less salt due to my family taking salt of the table when I was in grade school, over sixty years ago. I am going to try this recipe.

  2. Looks really good, but it’s not gluten-free because of the soy sauce. That would need adjustment, and g-f soy sauce exists, but is very salty tasting. Just a warning to those who aren’t as familiar with gluten free cooking for celiacs like my husband.
