Marzetti Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip is my all-time favorite veggie dip. I absolutely LOVE it. I couldn’t find it at the grocery store the other day, so I decided to make a copycat version at home. OMG! This stuff is amazing! I made this for some holiday parties and it was gone in a flash! This dip only has 5 ingredients, and I bet you have them in your pantry right now! This is an easy recipe to make. Simply throw everything in the food processor or blender and start snacking.
While I usually serve this as a dip, it also makes a great dressing for your next salad! I love to make my own salad dressing. Homemade salad dressings taste a million times better than the bottled stuff! However you serve this, just make sure to whip up a batch ASAP! One bite and your taste buds will be blown away!
How to Make Southwestern Ranch Dip Recipe
This dip/salad dressing is super easy to make with no fancy ingredients. Place cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, Rotel diced tomatoes, and green chiles, and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Process for 30 seconds, until smooth. Transfer the dip to a bowl and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. For best results, refrigerate at least 4 hours.
