  • 1 -lb pork sausage
  • 2 (16-oz) cartons Gordo’s Cheese Dip (I use one hot and one original)
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions:

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain fat.
  • In a microwave-safe dish, heat queso dip according to package directions. Stir in black beans, sausage, Rotel, and spices. Heat an additional 60 seconds. Serve with tortilla chips.
