- 3 green peppers chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans tomato soup
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1½ cups cooked rice
Instructions:
