How To Make TikTok Spaghetti Alfredo
This baked pasta recipe is very easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions for al dente. Reserve at least ¼ cup of the pasta water. Drain the remaining water and set aside.
To make the homemade alfredo sauce, melt a stick of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds. Whisk in heavy cream. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce has thickened. Remove the skillet from the heat. Season with salt and black pepper. Add parmesan cheese to the cream mixture and stir until the cheese melts. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
Toss cooked spaghetti with the alfredo sauce. Use tongs to spread spaghetti into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage or ground beef over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Stir in a jar of your favorite marinara sauce. Spread sauce over the alfredo layer. Top casserole with mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven until bubbly and the cheese has melted. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

Can you use a jar of Alfredo sauce instead of homemade?
If you were to add spinach, mushrooms and onions, or do you sauté them with the sausage and mix in with the red sauce
I feel like the spinach should be mixed through in the pasta.
How would you do it?
Thank you sounds great and I can’t wait to try
It would totally be up to you. I would probably add spinach to the pasta and mushrooms and onions to the sauce.
We love this spaghetti! I could eat it every day
Me too! SO good!
I made this and used penne noodles! Everyone loved it.
Looking forward to trying this recipe. For the grated parmesan cheese, do you use it out of the green container for this recipe?
Sure
Do you use the green can when you make it?
You can. You can also use freshly grated parmesan cheese. Either is fine.
Can you use store bought alfredo sauce and if yes, how much.
