Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is time to start planning the week ahead. I’ve got you covered for dinner. I’m sharing a quick & easy recipe for every night of the week!
Monday’s recipe is one of my all-time favorites. I want to lick the plate it is so good. We are going low-carb on Tuesday and then carb loading on the weekend! It’s all about balance! LOL!

Slow Cooker Vegetable Medley - seriously delicious!! Onion, bell pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, oregano and pepper. Slow cook all day. Great as a side dish or over pasta!
Turkey Cuban Pastry Puffs - great way to use up leftover turkey! SO delicious! Puff pastry filled with mustard, turkey, ham, swiss cheese and pickles. Can make ahead and freeze unbaked. Great for parties, tailgating, lunch or dinner. These taste FANTASTIC!

Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup - ready in under 30 minutes! Just dump everything in the pot and let it simmer. SO easy! We LOVE this soup!!! Chicken, cheese soup, chicken broth, milk, celery, carrots, egg noodles and cheddar cheese. We make this at least once a month.
Cheesy Garlic Drop Biscuits - only 4 ingredients! Ready to eat in under 10 minutes!

Italian Noodle Casserole - this was a HUGE hit in our house. Everyone cleaned their plates and asked for seconds! Even the picky eaters!! Hamburger, garlic, oregano, onion, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, egg noodles, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Can freeze for later. It is definitely going into the dinner rotation!

Italian Herb Skillet Bread

Sausage and Brie Breakfast Casserole - SO amazing! Make this the night before and bake in the morning. Sausage, brie, parmesan, white bread, eggs, whipping cream, milk, dry mustard, salt. This is our favorite breakfast casserole. A MUST for Christmas morning!

Copycat Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad - this stuff is like crack. It is SO good! Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, sour cream and grapes topped with brown sugar and pecans. Perfect for a crowd - brunch, baby shower, office potluck, cookout, tailgating, holiday breakfast. SO easy and CRAZY good! Can make ahead and refrigerate.
