What to Make For Dinner

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is time to start planning the week ahead. Today I am sharing our weekly meal plan. I’ve got a quick and easy main dish and side for every single night of the week. I am also sharing a delicious dessert.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

Taco Tater Tot Casserole - taco meat, diced tomatoes and green chiles, cheese, cheese soup, sour cream and tater tots - what's not to love? We ate this twice in one day! Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later. You can also divide it between two 8x8-inch foil pans and freeze one. Taco night will never be the same!
Southwestern Green Bean Casserole - perfect holiday side! Del Monte green beans, Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, Del Monte Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, French Fried Onions. Can make the day before and bake when ready to eat. LOVE this yummy side dish recipe!!
Nacho Chicken Soup - SO good and ready to eat in about 20 minutes. Use a rotisserie chicken for easy prep! Chicken, taco seasoning, nacho cheese soup, milk, black beans and diced tomatoes and green chiles. Top soup with your favorite taco toppings. We ate this twice in one week! Smoked Sausage Cajun Alfredo - Only 5 ingredients - smoked sausage, pasta, cajun seasoning, heavy cream and parmesan - ready in under 15 minutes! No prep! Very similar to our all-time favorite Chicken Lazone, but with smoked sausage. OMG! AMAZING! Make this tonight! We ate it two nights in a row - it was that good!
Creole Green Beans Recipe - transform canned green beans into something amazing! Green beans, bacon,onion, green pepper, brown sugar, mustard, stewed tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. SO good! I could make a meal out of these green beans!

Crunchy Romaine Toss - CRAZY GOOD!!! Had this at a dinner party and everyone raved about it. I had to get the recipe so I could make it at home. SO easy to make and it tastes DELICIOUS!!! Romaine lettuce, broccoli, ramen noodles, butter, walnuts, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Great for dinner parties and potlucks!
