What to Make For Dinner

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is time to start planning the week ahead. Today I am sharing our weekly meal plan. I’ve got a quick and easy main dish and side for every single night of the week. I am also sharing a delicious dessert.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

MONDAY
pouring egg custard over ham and cheese
bowl of vegetable soup
THURSDAY
Pepperoni Pizza Pastry Puffs - two bite pizza! Only 5 ingredients and ready in 15 minutes! Perfect for parties and tailgating. We also like to eat these for a quick lunch. Whenever I take these to a party, there are never any left!! Can assemble and freeze for later.
FRIDAY
Tailgate Pot Roast - Coca Cola Pot Roast - great to feed a crowd! Not just for tailgating! Makes a delicious lunch or dinner too. We like to serve the roast on slider buns with pickles and mustard. Pot roast, coca-cola, Worcestershire, onion, chili sauce. Dump everything in the crock-pot and let it do all the work! SO easy and seriously delicious! #slowcooker #crockpot #roast #sliders #tailgating
