We are grilling and chilling all week long! SO many of our favorite grilled chicken recipes this week.
We love to grill extra chicken for lunches during the week. I like to make wraps with the leftover chicken. YUM!

Sweet and Spicy Italian BBQ Grilled Chicken - only 4 ingredients in the marinade! BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, chili powder and red pepper flakes. Sweet and spicy! SO delicious! We make this once a week. Everyone cleans their plate. The chicken is so juicy and has TONS of flavor! We never have any leftovers.
Black Eyed Pea Salad Recipe - red bell pepper, green pepper, scallions, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, parsley and black eye peas - GREAT side dish! We also like it as a dip. Make ahead of time and refrigerate - will last for several days. Recipe adapted from the famous Hattie B's Hot Chicken restaurant in Nashville, TN
Chicken Cordon Bleu Tetrazzini - we are obsessed with this yummy casserole!! Chicken, ham, swiss cheese, mushroom soup, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, pasta and parmesan. So quick and easy to make. Can make ahead of time and freeze for later. We make this at least once a month. It always receives rave reviews!!! We love this easy casserole recipe.
Artichoke Chicken - OMG! Better than any restaurant and ready in under 30 minutes!!! Chicken marinated in italian dressing, topped with cheesy artichoke dip and baked. Only 6 ingredients - Chicken, Italian dressing, artichokes, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan cheese. Can assemble chicken earlier in the day and bake when ready. Everyone LOVED this!!!
Cornbread Crusted Squash Casserole - so delicious!!! Easy homemade squash casserole topped with a cheddar and cornbread crust. Everyone went back for seconds. Onion, Squash, pimentos, bacon, cornbread and cheddar cheese. Can make ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. Great side dish recipe for potlucks and cookouts.
Orange Sriracha Grilled Chicken Recipe - chicken marinated in bbq sauce, mustard, Sriracha, honey and orange juice. Sweet, smokey and a tad bit spicy. SO good! Tons of great flavor and super juicy. We doubled the recipe for leftovers.

Oven Roasted Spring Vegetables - potatoes, asparagus, squash, zucchini, radishes and mushrooms tossed in balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Something for everyone!! Such and EASY side dish recipe! Just chop, toss and bake. Ready in about 35 minutes. Everyone LOVES this dish! Great with grilled chicken, pork and steak.
