Goodbye March, Hello April! I can’t believe it is already April! The Masters golf tournament is coming up, College Football Spring games and Easter. April is jammed packed!!!

Today I am sharing our weekly meal plan. I’ve got a quick and easy recipe for every single night of the week. I’ve got a main dish and side dish for every night and a dessert for the week. All of the recipes are easy to make and ready in about 30 minutes. Tuesday’s recipe is one of our all-time favorites. It was inspired by our favorite restaurant and is delicious!

Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole - a family favorite!!! Lean ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, pizza dough and parmesan cheese. Can add your favorite veggies too! Everyone loved this! There weren't any leftovers!! YUM!
Creamy Italiano Salad - our favorite salad!!! Romaine, tomatoes, thinly sliced seedless cucumbers, sliced banana peppers, croutons and homemade Creamy Italiano dressing. The dressing really puts this salad over the top!!! Mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, milk, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. I made this for a dinner party and everyone RAVED about it!! The Masters Pimento Cheese Egg Salad - the best of both worlds! Can't decide which Masters sandwich is your favorite? Combine them both into one! Seriously DELICIOUS!! Hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, vinegar, celery, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, pimentos.
