I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend!! We have been enjoying watching LOTS of college football! We are still a little jet lagged from our trip to Italy, so it’s been great to just relax in front of the TV! I’ll be sharing all about out trip over the next few weeks. We had THE BEST time ever!! Can’t wait to share it with you.

Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pound Cake - seriously the BEST pound cake we've ever made! SO delicious!! SO light and fluffy! Shortening, sugar, buttermilk, egg yolks, baking soda, flour, salt, vanilla and stiff egg whites. Fluffy egg whites make all the difference in this batter! The BEST Baked Refried Beans Recipe - beans, sour cream and salsa - ready in minutes! My husband hates refried beans, but gobbled these up! Also great as a dip!

Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole - a family favorite!!! Lean ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, pizza dough and parmesan cheese. Can add your favorite veggies too! Everyone loved this! There weren't any leftovers!! YUM!

Instant Pot Sloppy Joes - seriously delicious! Hands down THE BEST Sloppy Joes we've ever eaten! Ground beef, garlic, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, cider vinegar, brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and onion powder. So simple to make in the electric pressure cooker. Serve on slider buns with pickles, cheese and mustard. Everyone raved about these sandwiches. Even our Sloppy Joe haters cleaned their plate! YUM! #instantpot #sloppyjoe #beef #sandwich
Sausage & Cream Cheese Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole - all of my favorite breakfast foods in one easy casserole! Frozen hashbrowns, sausage, cream cheese, eggs and cheddar cheese. Can make ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze for later. Can split between two pans and bake one and freeze one for later. This breakfast casserole is great for breakfast, lunch, great for brunch, potlucks, tailgating and any upcoming holiday breakfasts! SO GOOD!
