These Whiskey Glazed Little Smokies are crazy delicious! They are so easy to make and pack a ton of great flavor. They are perfect for tailgating and parties. The best part about this recipe is that it only has 6 ingredients and it is ready in about 15 minutes! I love easy party recipes like this. These lit’l smokies are always a hit at our football parties! I mean who doesn’t like Lit’l smokies simmered in a quick homemade whiskey BBQ sauce! YUM!

How to Make Whiskey Glazed Little Smokies

As I said, these  Little Smokies are super easy to make. Start with a couple of packs of lit’l smokies. Put them in a large saucepan. Add ketchup, brown sugar, whiskey or bourbon, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes. DONE!

  • I used Maker’s Mark bourbon in this recipe. You can use any bourbon or whiskey that you prefer – Jim Beam, Jack Daniel’s, Basil Hayden, Buffalo Trace. If you like to drink it, it will taste great in this recipe.
  • Can I make Little Smokies in the slow cooker? Yes! Just dump everything in the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for one or two hours. You can keep them in the slow cooker for the party and let everyone serve themselves from the slow cooker.
