Swiss Pork Chops Casserole - these are the BEST pork chops we've ever eaten! Boneless pork chops topped with Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and Texas toast croutons - SO good and super quick to make. Ready in 45 minutes. This stuff is crazy addictive!
Pour melted butter in the bottom on a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place pork chops on top of the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Top each pork chop with 1-1/2 slices of cheese.
Whisk together the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Pour over pork chops. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
Notes:
I suggest using Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup in this dish to control the sodium.
