Mississippi Sin Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole - seriously the BEST! All the flavors of our favorite dip in a casserole. Only a few simple ingredients - hash browns, ham, cheddar, sour cream, hot sauce, Worcestershire, onion, garlic, milk, and eggs. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze it until ready to bake! Perfect for hectic weekday mornings, overnight guests, and holiday mornings.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add hash browns to skillet and cook until lightly brown. Place hash browns in the prepared baking dish. Top with chopped ham and cheese.
Whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour over the hash brown mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 60 to 70 minutes.
Notes:
Thaw the frozen hash browns before browning them in the skillet.
I used Frank's Hot Sauce for the hot sauce in the recipe.
Is Mississippi Sin Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole spicy? No. There isn't enough hot sauce to make the dish spicy. If you want a spicier dish, add more hot sauce.
