1(32-oz)bag frozen shredded hash browns
2(10.75-oz)cans Cream of Potato soup
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1cupgrated Parmesan cheese
½cupshredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in cheese and hash browns.
Spread potato mixture into prepared pan.
Bake uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes.
You don't have to thaw the hash browns before assembling the casserole.Can make casserole ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze for later.If baking straight from the refrigerator, you may need to add a few minutes to the cooking time.To bake after freezing, thaw completely and bake as directed above.
