Southern Deviled Eggs – Reese Witherspoon’s deviled egg recipe. These things are dangerously DELICIOUS!!! Can make ahead and refrigerate overnight. Super easy recipe to make with only a few simple ingredients. Hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, hot sauce, and smoked paprika. Great low-carb/keto-friendly appetizer and side dish for parties and picnics.
To hard boil eggs: place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring eggs to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes. Drain eggs and cover with ice water. Peel shells off of eggs once cooled off.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolk and place them in a bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and hot sauce. Stir well.
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Store in the refrigerator.
