Buffalo Potato Wedges - a great side dish or an easy appetizer. Super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and butter. Can top the roasted potatoes with cheese and ranch. YUM! Great with chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, or grilled pork. These have been on repeat at our house.
Toss potato wedges in oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, until tender.
Combine butter and hot sauce in a microwave-safe cup. Microwave on high until butter is melted; stir to combine. Drizzle butter mixture over potato wedges and toss.
Notes:
I used russet potatoes. Can use any type of potato you prefer - red or Yukon gold.I use Frank's Hot Sauce or Frank's Wing Sauce.
