14slicesof uncooked bacon, 1 slice for each tenderloin
½cupBBQ sauce
Instructions:
Sprinkle both sides of chicken tenderloins with BBQ seasoning.
Wrap each tenderloin with one slice of bacon. Secure bacon with toothpicks if necessary.
Prepare grill. Cook chicken until bacon is crisp and chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF; approximately 10 minutes.
Brush chicken on both sides with BBQ sauce. Remove from grill.
Notes:
Can assemble the chicken and refrigerate overnight or freeze for later. If grilling from frozen, thaw completely and cook as directed above.To cook chicken in the oven - prepare as directed above. Bake chicken on a rimmed baking sheet with foil and top with a cooking rack at 375ºF for about 20 minutes.
