Air Fryer Pecan Chicken Tenders - our favorite thing to make in the air fryer! Chicken tenders coated in mayonnaise and honey mustard and rolled in panko bread crumbs, pecans and parmesan cheese. Seriously delicious! Can make in advance and refrigerate until ready to bake. Tastes great leftover too.
Stir together mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Combine the pecans, panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
Coat the chicken on both sides in the mayonnaise mixture and roll in the pecan mixture. Place chicken on a baking rack and refrigerate one hour.
Place half of the chicken tenders in the basket of air fryer. Spray chicken lightly with cooking spray.
Set air fryer to 375ºF and cook chicken for 8 minutes. Repeat with remaining chicken.
