Grilled Beef Steak Kabobs - CRAZY good!! Steak and vegetables marinated in a combination of Italian dressing, Dale's Steak Seasoning, Greek Seasoning, and onion powder. The flavor was fantastic!! Everyone RAVED about the kabobs! Feel free to use your favorite vegetables on the kabobs - onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomatoes, squash, and zucchini. Tastes great leftover too!
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the Italian dressing, Dale's, Greek seasoning, onion powder, black pepper. Place bell peppers, onion wedges, mushrooms, and beef in the bag with the marinade.
Seal bag, and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
30 minutes before cooking, soak wooden skewers in water.
Discard marinade, and thread the meat and vegetables onto skewers, leaving a small space between each item.
Prepare grill. Grill skewers for approximately 10 minutes, turning as needed, or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Notes:
Soak bamboo skewers for at least 30 minutes before grilling. This will keep the wood from burning on the grill. Can use any cut of steak you prefer - filet, NY Strip, ribeye, sirloin, T-Bone.I used Cavender's Greek Seasoning: https://amzn.to/2OBRiruCavender's also has a salt-free Greek Seasoning blend: https://amzn.to/3oAYC7IIf you can't find Dale's Steak Marinade, you can use our All-Purpose Marinade instead: https://www.plainchicken.com/all-purpose-marinade/To cook the kabobs without a grill in the oven, place the kabobs on a foil-lined baking sheet.
