Apple Bundt Cake - deliciously moist homemade cinnamon apple bundt cake. Super easy to make and tastes great. Sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, oil, vanilla, apples, and vanilla. Use your favorite apple variety such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp. This will be your favorite cake of the fall season!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Set aside.
Whisk together sugar, flour, soda, baking powder, salt & cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, oil & vanilla.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts.
Pour into the prepared cake pan and bake 70 to 80 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in the pan, before turning out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.

You can use any type of apple you like for this cake. Fuji, Gala, Red Delicious, Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp - just pick your favorite!I used pecans in this recipe. You can use walnuts if you prefer.Can substitute apple pie spice for cinnamon in the batter.Because of the apple chunks, this cake is best baked in a classic Bundt pan or tube pan.You can make the cake ahead of time and store in an air-tight container until ready to serve.Can freeze the baked cake for a quick treat later!
