Crack Pizza Roll Recipe - We are obsessed with these cheesy bacon ranch rolls! Ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon baked in pizza dough - I could eat the whole batch! This is the perfect easy appetizer recipe for parties and tailgating. The rolls taste great hot out of the oven or at room temperature. These cheesy bread pinwheels don't last long! One bite and they are sure to become a family favorite.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Mix together ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese and milk.
Unroll pizza crusts, then top evenly with filling. Roll, starting at longest side, jelly-roll style. Cut into 32 rounds. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until brown.
Notes:
I used Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough.Can use low-fat cream cheese and turkey bacon to lower the calories.This recipe makes 32 pinwheels.
