To cook on the stovetop: place all ingredients in a non-stick skillet and heat on medium-low until cheese has melted.
To cook in the microwave: place all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on HIGH until cheese is melted; stirring every minute.
To cook in the slow cooker: place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Mix well. Cover on LOW until the cheese is melted; approximately 1 hour.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
