Cranberry Meatballs Recipe – only 3 ingredients!!! Can be made in the slow cooker or on the stovetop– great for holiday parties, game day, and family gatherings! These things FLY off the plate. SO good! Can also serve as a main dish over rice or noodles. I always have the ingredients on hand for a quick appetizer or dinner.
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Simmer 25-30 minutes, until meatballs are warmed through.
If using a slow cooker, combine all ingredients in a 6-qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours.
Notes:
I use frozen 1/2-ounce meatballs. There is no need to thaw the meatballs before cooking. I actually like the flavor of Walmart's Great Value frozen meatballs.
I used Thai Kitchen Red Chili Dipping Sauce in this recipe.
For the cranberry sauce, I used a can of Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce. The same stuff you buy at Thanksgiving.
