Combine almond flour, salt, parmesan cheese, and oregano in a bowl. Whisk together coconut oil and egg. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the egg mixture. Stir well until the mixture comes together in a ball.
Roll the dough out to a 12-inch circle in-between two sheets of parchment paper. Place on a pizza stone or baking tray. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Top partially baked crust with sauce and desired toppings. Return to oven and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow pizza to cool 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes:
This crust is not going to be exactly like regular pizza crust because it doesn’t use all-purpose flour. It uses almond flour. Almond flour is readily available at most grocery stores and Walmart. Make sure to buy finely ground almond flour.
If you want a crisper crust, let the pizza stone preheat in the oven before placing the crust on the stone.
