1(10-oz)can Ro*tel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
1(1.25-oz) package chili seasoning
2Tbspdried minced onion flakes
1cuptomato juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Notes:
For the pulled pork, I used a package of pulled pork from Costco. It is with the other refrigerated pre-packaged meats and ravioli. I have also used a pack of pre-made Uncured Pulled Pork at Walmart. Both are SUPER delicious and gives the chili a really nice smoky flavor.
I used a packet of French's Chili-O chili seasoning in this recipe.
Is Pulled Pork Chili Spicy? We did not think the chili was spicy. If you are worried about the heat level, use mild chili beans and mild Rotel tomatoes.
Can Pulled Pork Chili be frozen? Yes! You can freeze leftovers for a quick meal later. Let the chili cool completely. Transfer the chili to plastic containers or freezer bags and freeze. To reheat, partially thaw and reheat in the microwave, on the stovetop, or in the slow cooker.
Can I make Pulled Pork Chili on the stovetop? Yes! Combine all the ingredients in a large stockpot or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil and simmer until it starts to thicken.
