Cheesy Garlic Drop Biscuits - only 4 ingredients and ready to eat in 10 minutes! Bisquick, milk, mozzarella, and garlic powder. We make these biscuits at least once a week! Super simple to make and they go with everything! #bread #biscuits #bisquick

Parchment Paper

Rotary Cheese Grater
Ingredients:
1½
cups
Bisquick baking mix
½
cup
milk
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions:
Heat oven to 450ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Use a large cookie scoop, scoop the dough, and drop it onto abaking sheet.
Bake 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
You can use regular, Heart Healthy, or Gluten-Free Bisquick.
I used a
large cookie scoop
to scoop the biscuits onto the baking sheet.
You can make the biscuits smaller if you prefer. Decrease the cooking time for smaller biscuits.
Can Cheesy Garlic Drop Biscuits be frozen? Yes! You can freeze any leftover biscuits for later.
