Easy Taco Dip - super easy party dip with only 5 ingredients! Refried beans, taco seasoning, ground beef, sour cream, and cheddar cheese - everyone goes crazy over this dip!! You can assemble the dip ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. Serve with some Fritos or tortilla chips. SO easy and SO delicious!
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain.
Mix beans, cooked ground beef, and taco seasoning. Spread bean mixture in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread the sour cream on top of the beans and then top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes - until cheese is bubbly. Serve with Fritos.
Notes:
Can omit the beef for a vegetarian dish.
I use fat-free baked beans.
