Hot Salsa Dip - only 4 ingredients! This stuff is AMAZING!!!! Cream cheese, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese and salsa. There are never any leftovers when I take this to a party! Make ahead of time and bake when ready to serve. Easy and delicious Mexican dip!!
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of cheese and seasoning. Spread into bottom of a 1-quart baking dish. Top cream cheese mixture with salsa. Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup cheese on top of salsa.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies or meat to the dip. Onions, bell peppers, olives, ground beef, or chicken would all be delicious.
The flavor and heat will all depend on what salsa you choose.
Our favorite store-bought salsas are Mateo's, Kylito's, Pace Picante Sauce, and Pace Restaurant Style Salsa. I find them at Walmart.
