Pumpkin Fluff - only 5 ingredients! Great appetizer or dessert for all your fall parties and get-togethers. Pumpkin, cool whip, vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin spice, and vanilla. Make in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve. Great with gingersnaps, graham crackers, or apple slices.
Combine all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:
This is an easy recipe to lighten up with sugar-free pudding and fat-free cool whip.
Make sure to use a can of pureed pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling.
I use vanilla pudding. This is also good with butterscotch pudding.
Do NOT make the pudding. You are going to just use the dry mix in this recipe.
This recipe uses a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. If you don’t have any on hand, you can make your own with ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp allspice.
