Teriyaki Steak Marinade – SO good! Super easy to make and the steaks are packed full of amazing flavor. Soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, dry mustard, ginger, brown sugar, and parsley. Can use on any cut of steak you prefer– ribeye, sirloin, NY Strip, or filet. The steaks are so tender and juicy. You’ll never order steak out in a restaurant again!
Whisk together BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, hot sauce, and garlic cloves.
Place steaks in a large ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the steaks. Close bag and turn a few times to coat steaks. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Remove steaks from the marinade and cook on the grill until they reach your personal preference.
Notes:
You can use this marinade on any cut of steak that you enjoy – ribeye, sirloin, New York Strip, filet mignon, skirt steak, flank steak, T-Bone– anything you like.
This marinade is equally delicious on pork or chicken.
You can use fresh garlic or garlic powder.
I use Frank's Hot Sauce.
For the steak sauce, I used Dale's Steak Sauce.
My favorite store-bought BBQ sauces are Sweet Baby Rays, Stubbs, G.Hughes, and Williamson Brothers. I buy them all at Walmart.
The cooking time will just depend on what internal temperature you want and how thick the steaks are. Use a meat thermometer to cook the steaks to your preferred doneness.
