Melt butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes, until mushrooms start to soften.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over low heat for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Notes:
You can use any variety of mushrooms you prefer. I use white button mushrooms in the photos. I’ve also made this recipe with oyster, shiitake, and baby portabella mushrooms. Just throw them all in the pan!
Use a damp paper towel to gently clean the mushrooms before slicing.
If you are sensitive to ranch seasoning mix,adjust the amount to your personal preference.
