For store-bought bbq pork, I like Jack Daniel's, Curly's, Kingsford, or Lloyd's.
I make the muffins in a mini muffin tin. You can make the muffins in a regular muffin tin.
You will need to increase the cooking time if using a regular muffin pan.
For an extra kick, add a tablespoon or two of diced jalapeños to the cornbread mixture.
