Texas Trash Pie - copycat recipe of Royers Round Top Cafe pie. One bite and you will be in heaven! Graham crackers, chocolate chips, caramel, pretzels, coconut, pecans, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and pie crust. Top the pie with some vanilla ice cream for a treat like no other. A must for your holiday meals!
In a large mixing bowl, mix together chocolate chips, caramel, graham crackers, coconut, pecans, and pretzels. Add melted butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until combined.
Spread filling into pie crust.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes:
I use a frozen pie crust. There is no need to thaw the crust before filling.
Feel free to use a homemade pie crust.
If using a homemade crust, roll the dough out and place in a 10-inch pie plate.
Get creative with the filling ingredients and make this your own pie!
butterscotch chips
white chocolate chips
peanut butter chips
toffee bits
walnuts
peanuts
