In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer taco meat to the slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
