Crack Chicken Pizza Roll Recipe – We are obsessed with these cheesy bacon ranch rolls! Ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken, and bacon baked in pizza dough – I could eat the whole batch! Serve as an appetizer or main dish. The rolls taste great hot out of the oven or at room temperature. These cheesy pinwheels don’t last long! One bite and they are sure to become a family favorite.
I use rotisserie chicken in this recipe. You can use any cooked chicken that you have on hand.
Chicken breasts, chicken thighs, chicken tenderloins, or canned chicken will all work fine.
Can Crack Chicken Pizza Rolls be made in advance? Sure. You can assemble the pinwheels and refrigerate them for a few hours before baking.
Can Crack Pizza Rolls be frozen? Yes. You can freeze the rolls baked or unbaked.
To freeze unbaked pizza rolls, place the rolls on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer. Transfer frozen rolls to a freezer bag or freezer-safe container. Freeze for up to 3 months.
To bake the frozen rolls, simply add a little time to the bake time. There is no need to thaw the rolls before baking.
To freeze baked rolls – Bake the rolls and cool them completely. Place the rolls in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container and freeze them for a quick meal later.
To reheat frozen pizza rolls, bake in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil or reheat in the microwave.
