Million Dollar Baked Rigatoni Recipe - the ultimate baked pasta. Effortless to make and packed full of tons of flavor! Rigatoni, Italian sausage, marinara sauce, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Comfort food at its best. Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add spaghetti sauce and noodles. Toss to combine. Pour pasta mixture into the prepared pan.
In a large bowl combine sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella and parsley. Spread over noodles. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until bubbly.
Notes:
Can substitute ground beef or ground turkey.
Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese so it gets fully incorporated into the cheese mixture.
Can microwave the cream cheese for a few seconds if you are short on time.

When ready to bake, thaw overnight in the fridge and bake as directed.
