Hash Brown Breakfast Pizza - a delicious way to start the day! Crispy hash browns topped with eggs, bacon, and cheese. Super simple to make and tastes great. Can customize the toppings to your family's preferences. Also makes a great make-ahead meal for a quick breakfast on the go! Kids and adults gobble this up!
Spray a 15x10-inch rimmed baking sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven. Using a wooden spoon or the bottom of a measuring cup, flatten the potatoes and cover the entire pan. Sprinkle seasoned salt and black pepper over the crust.
Bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, until crispy.
While the potatoes cook, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble. Set aside.
Top the crust with half of the shredded cheese. Add scrambled eggs and bacon pieces. Top the pizza with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Notes:
Can substitute turkey bacon for a lower-calorie option.
I use sharp cheddar cheese. Feel free to use your favorite cheese. Monterey jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, gouda, and parmesan cheese are all delicious.
Feel free to customize the toppings to your personal preferences.
